Seiko refreshes the 1990s
Inspired by the “5 Sports SKX399” from 1998, the Japanese brand presents the trendy nineties look for the wrist.
The update of the original "SKX" design features modernized, structured indices and more striking hands, transforming the watch's style into the here and now. The unidirectional rotating stainless steel bezel with Hardlex glass inlay also contributes to this.

The "SRPL83K1" and "SRPL85K1" models also feature a newly developed stainless steel bracelet, a visual interpretation of the distinctive "SKX" style of the 1990s. The "SRPL87K1" and "SRPL89K1" versions, on the other hand, feature a supple silicone strap—flexible, lightweight, and comfortable.

Available in four colors, the dial features a fine sunray finish and applied indices, paired with hands that remain true to the original. It is protected by domed Hardlex crystal.
All four new models feature a 42.5-millimeter stainless steel case water-resistant to 10 bar, with a screw-down display case back. This houses the automatic caliber 4R36 with bidirectional winding (magic lever) and a 41-hour power reserve.
