The Best Managed Companies seal of approval is awarded by the consulting firm Deloitte to family businesses and medium-sized enterprises in over 45 countries. An independent jury selects the winners, assessing their management methods and procedures, as well as factors such as strategy, management quality, skills, innovation, and culture.

The Sowind Group, the merger of the two independent luxury watch brands Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin, has been recognized for the second year in a row as one of Switzerland's best-managed companies in 2025. In 2024, the Sowind Group was the first player in the Swiss luxury industry to receive this award.

Patrick Pruniaux, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Sowind Group, says:

"I am very proud of this second recognition, which perfectly reflects our core values: constant adaptability, collective commitment, and resilience. As a human-sized company, we remain closely connected to our heritage and traditions while maintaining a forward-looking and entrepreneurial mindset. In today's complex and rapidly changing environment, agility is more important than ever. This ability to adapt clearly and consistently enables our teams to remain focused and effective."

Andreas Bodenmann, Head of the Best Managed Companies Programme at Deloitte Switzerland, emphasises:

"The past twelve months have been particularly challenging for companies, marked by geopolitical uncertainty, trade conflicts, and a shortage of skilled workers. The winners of this year's Deloitte Best Managed Companies Award have impressively demonstrated their ability to act with foresight and agility in this environment. They have prevailed and brought their companies to the forefront of their industries. The award-winning companies can be justifiably proud of this achievement. In the demanding evaluation process, they excelled in all key areas: strategy, productivity, innovation, culture, and leadership principles."
