Luminox expands the MIL SPEC series: Equipped for arctic adventures
Luminox is the watch brand of the Navy SEALs and combines robust designs with Swiss watchmaking quality. The Luminox MIL SPEC series, in particular, meets the high demands of military standards. The new edition comes in a fashionable combination of white and gray, reminiscent of the cool ice of the Arctic.
Watch with uncompromising standards
The connection to the US Navy SEALs, for whom Luminox watches were originally developed, remains an integral part of the Swiss-made watch brand's DNA. With the MIL SPEC 3350 series, Luminox presents its own collection that meets the highest standards for military watches.

The first indication of this quality standard is the abbreviation MIL-SPEC, which stands for “Military Specification,” the military standard of the US Department of Defense, which sets strict requirements for procurement, manufacturing, materials, quality and delivery.
The Luminox MIL-SPEC series was developed and built to the technical requirements of MIL-SPEC – MIL-PRF-46374G TYPE III CLASS 1. The latest edition of this particularly robust watch series comes in a modern color mix of white and gray, reminiscent of the cool expanses of the Arctic.

Excellent performance and fresh design
Pierrick Marcoux, Group Product Director of Luminox, is proud of the Luminox bestseller:
"Achieving MIL-SPEC technical compliance not only represents excellent performance, but also a commitment, as we are committed to excellence in all technical components and materials used. The new colorway also offers a fresh visual alternative to a truly battle-tested timepiece."
The new edition of the series maintains the uncompromising manufacturing quality that earned the 3350 series its MIL-SPEC status, including 300 m (30 ATM) water resistance and the smart construction of the robust 46 mm CARBONOX™ case and rotating bezel made of Grade 2 titanium. This gives the timepiece an optimal strength-to-weight ratio while also being highly resistant to saltwater corrosion. Its excellent precision is also maintained. Beneath the surface lies the high-quality ETA F06.412 quartz movement, which features longer battery life and the Heavy Drive and Preci Drive functions, which give the watch improved shock resistance and reliable precision.

Luminox Light Technology (LLT), applied to the hour markers, hour and minute hands, and bezel, ensures unsurpassed visibility in all lighting conditions. Furthermore, the dominant seconds hand of the Luminox MIL-SPEC series, featuring SuperLumi-Nova® on the arrowhead, is now orange for even better, instant readability, even in low-light conditions.
The new Luminox MIL-SPEC XL.3359.SET features white numerals on the bezel and a white rubber strap, reminiscent of an Arctic adventure. As a set, the watch comes with an additional black webbing strap for even more versatile wearability.
