Wedding at the Happiness Festival: Celebrating love with egf

The Happiness Festival is one of the largest open-air music festivals in Baden-Württemberg. A wedding will also take place there, in the Happi Chapel by egf, the wedding ring manufacturer, which is a partner of the festival. A couple will exchange vows there on July 18.

Festival love for eternity

Summer is the season for festivals—and a perfect opportunity to meet nice people and, in the best case, even fall in love. That's what happened to Lucie and Louis, who met for the first time at the Happiness Festival in 2017. 

“We chatted all night long and somehow felt like we’d known each other forever.”

That's how Lucie tells it. The two's farewell was a bit awkward, both forgot to exchange numbers, but Louis was desperate to see Lucie again and, after some hesitation and a bit of encouragement from friends, got in touch.

Seven years have now passed, and Lucie and Louis have experienced many happy summer festivals together. This year, they want to return to the place where it all began to exchange vows in a non-denominational ceremony—in the Happi Chapel by egf, as the wedding ring manufacturer is a partner of the music festival. It will be the first real wedding ceremony to take place at the festival.

Louis and Lucie's wedding ceremony will take place on Friday, July 18, at 11:30 a.m. in the Happi Chapel at the Happiness Festival. Festival attendees are cordially invited to attend this special moment and celebrate with the community and the egf team. 

There's also an entertaining "happy" program for anyone looking for even more festival romance. Anyone who wants to can get married unofficially by "Elvis" – whether as a couple, as a group of friends, or in their own unique constellation – there are no rules to get married here. A photo booth captures those special moments.
