Wedding with egf at the Happiness Festival: 3,400 symbolic weddings

A summer romance turned into a summer wedding, and egf was there: On July 18, the civil wedding of Louis and Lucie took place at the Happiness Festival – the two had met at the festival in 2017. In addition to this one wedding, 3,400 other symbolic weddings took place in the egf chapel.

Wedding at the Happiness Festival

The wedding ring manufacturer egf is a partner of the Happiness Festival, one of the most popular music festivals in Baden-Württemberg. Lucie and Louis met there in 2017.

The Happi Chapel by egf is located on the grounds of the Happiness Festival. Lucie and Louis's civil wedding took place here on July 18th, after the couple had previously exchanged vows at a civil ceremony. In the presence of family, friends, and hundreds of festivalgoers, it became an emotional highlight of the weekend.

egf's Happi Chapel also became a focal point for many other couples and groups of friends to get married symbolically and capture the memories with photos. A total of 3,400 festival-goers were married over a period of two days. To mark the occasion, guests received an "egf x Happiness" ring, which can be exchanged for a 10 percent discount when shopping at the egf wedding ring center in Karlsruhe.
