Tetra Origins from Nomos - corners & edges and a new format

Nomos Glashütte presents the "Tetra", one of the brand's oldest collections, with a new colour concept and in a contemporary new format.

Square, practical, good

The interpretations of the well-known chocolate square are always creative, but not always tasty - neither visually nor in terms of flavour. Just think of the component grey "Ritter Sport Knusper Tortilla Chips" ... or all the fake varieties such as "Pizza Hawaii" and "Weißwurst". Nomos is also creative and, with its "Tetra" collection, a real specialist in squares. In addition, however, there is absolute flavour confidence in visual matters and the perfect arrangement of the inner ingredients.

Strong radiance, natural colours and smaller format

The "Tetra" collection is the best proof that a striking appearance does not necessarily have to go hand in hand with a loud design. An unadulterated, geometric shape and a sure sense of harmonious colour combinations make even 29.5 x 29.5 millimetres look great.

This is the new edge length with which the "Tetra Origins" quartet takes its place on the wrist, with a height of just 6.5 millimetres, but with plenty of inner strength.

This is ensured by the hand-wound calibre DUW 4001, which is equipped with the in-house Nomos swing system, is finely regulated in six positions and offers a 53-hour power reserve. The optional sapphire crystal case back allows a clear view of the finely finished movement.

The protective stainless steel square is water-resistant to 3 bar and has comfortable, double-stepped lugs. These can be fitted with either a vegan velour strap in light beige or a stainless steel strap.

Gentle terracotta, serene sage, optimistic ochre and powerful volcanic anthracite - this is how the Glashütte manufactory describes the dial colours inspired by nature. The small seconds dial adds lively accents without forcing itself into the foreground. This is achieved with colour-coordinated circular areas, indices and hands in vibrant turquoise and yellow.
