Pandora prefers change of CEO

The Danish jewelry manufacturer has completed the leadership change announced in September ahead of schedule: As of January 1st, Berta de Pablos-Barbier (pictured on the left, right) will assume the position of CEO. Her successor as CMO will be Jennie Farmer (currently Senior Vice President, Brand Experience & Channels).

The transition, which was originally on the Pandora Annual General Meeting The merger, which was originally scheduled for March, will now be completed earlier than planned thanks to a smooth handover from outgoing CEO Alexander Lacik (left) and the appointment of Jennie Farmer as the new head of marketing, the company says.

As announced in September, Alexander Lacik has decided to retire after almost seven years as President and CEO of Pandora. He will remain with the company as a special advisor to the Board of Directors and the Executive Management until the Annual General Meeting on March 11, 2026.
