BR-05 Mirror Steel by Bell & Ross: a steel mirror for the wrist
With the new, limited-edition "BR-05 Mirror," Bell & Ross makes it clear that steel is not only valued in watchmaking for its robustness, corrosion resistance, and hypoallergenic properties. The metal is treated accordingly, becoming a design-defining material.

Bell & Ross opted for mirror-polished and satin-finished surfaces for the „BR-05 Mirror“, creating a high-contrast look without the use of any color.

This sporty-elegant watch with an integrated bracelet doesn't have a special luminescent system, but reflects light thanks to its mirror-like dial. The dial base, indices, and chapter ring of the "BR-05 Mirror" appear as if they were machined from a single block of metal. To maintain this radiant unity, the designers opted not to include a date window.
„All surfaces are polished, transforming the dial into a mirror with a thousand reflections. The polished hands resemble drops or threads of mercury floating above a lake. The mirror-polished dial, the case, and the polished-satin steel bracelet make the ‚BR-05 Mirror‘ a horological work of art – a monomaterial, monolithic sculpture. A jewelry watch, both pure and futuristic,“ emphasizes Bruno Belamich, co-founder and creative director of Bell & Ross.

The automatic caliber BR-CAL.321-1, with a 54-hour power reserve, operates within a 40-millimeter case that is water-resistant to 10 bar. A sapphire crystal case back offers a view of the freely rotating oscillating weight.
Two bracelet options, each limited to 250 pieces, are available: a fully polished and satin-finished steel bracelet or a black rubber strap with a polished and satin-finished folding clasp.
