With the Skin Diver Slim Bronze CMM.20, YEMA presents a limited-edition dive watch at INHORGENTA that reinterprets the design heritage of the 1960s in a contemporary way. Historically inspired proportions, a restrained design language and functional details meet modern manufacture watchmaking from French production. The result is a model that consciously echoes classic tool watches while meeting the standards of contemporary mechanical watchmaking.

The Skin Diver is one of YEMA's most iconic models, representing functional diving watches with a clean, modern design since the 1960s. This heritage is reinterpreted in the current slim version: more compact, thinner, and significantly enhanced technically. Limited to 200 pieces, this model combines a 39mm bronze case with contemporary proportions, excellent everyday wearability, and robust water resistance to 30 bar.

Bronze case with character

The brushed bronze case with polished bevels gives the Skin Diver Slim a warm, maritime feel. Through the natural oxidation process, each case develops an individual patina over time, lending each watch a unique character. With a height of only 10 millimeters, the watch remains pleasantly slim and comfortable on the wrist despite its professional diver's watch specifications.

„Faded Ghost“ sapphire bezel and high legibility

A key design element is the unidirectional rotating sapphire bezel in the so-called "faded ghost" look. Its slightly washed-out appearance evokes the vintage character of early skin-diver models and harmonizes with the dark gray, matte dial. Large, applied hour markers with Arabic numerals, broad hands, and a lollipop-shaped seconds hand ensure excellent legibility – day and night.

All displays are generously coated with Super-LumiNova in a warm, vintage-inspired hue and framed with gold-colored contours. The result is a balanced interplay of functionality, depth, and classic diver's watch aesthetics.

In-house caliber CMM.20 with micro-rotor

Inside beats the ultra-thin in-house caliber CMM.20, developed in Switzerland and manufactured in YEMA's workshops in Morteau, France. Thanks to its micro-rotor architecture, the automatic movement measures a mere 3.7 millimeters in height, thus enabling the slim case design. The power reserve is approximately 70 hours, and the accuracy is optimized at -3 to +7 seconds per day.

The sapphire crystal case back offers a view of the finely crafted movement and underscores the in-house manufacture of the model. Each watch is individually numbered and part of a strictly limited series of 200 pieces.
