Rapper Central Cee opens G-SHOCK vault with over 300 special watches
West London rapper Central Cee has been a brand ambassador for Casio's G-SHOCK brand since last year. At the time, he said: "I'm excited to be collaborating with G-SHOCK. I've been wearing their watches since I was a kid, so it was a natural fit. I love the brand—it's a perfect fit for me."

This was obviously not just a casual remark, as the partnership was now continued in a highly attention-grabbing manner.
The campaign kicks off with a new campaign focusing on the G-SHOCK Icons collection, which includes Central Cee's personal favorite watch - the "DW-6900" - as well as the "DW-5600" and the "GA-2100."
The "DW-6900" has accompanied Central Cee since his early years and holds a very personal significance for him. At the same time, it is the G-SHOCK that has arguably had the most lasting impact on the brand's image.
It was released in 1995 and was characterized by, among other things, its eye-catching front button for the LED backlight and the large LCD display.
The original black model was a best-seller, and the DW-6900 line is now one of the most well-known models in the G-SHOCK brand.
As part of the new campaign, G-SHOCK has now released a video showing Central Cee in a vault containing over 300 G-SHOCK watches.
The exhibition includes models from his personal collection as well as selected pieces from three other collectors.
