The September edition of Vicenzaoro has come to a close. The Vicenzaoro conquers new visitor circles

Although the September edition of Vicenzaoro is traditionally somewhat quieter than the edition held at the beginning of the year in January, the results should be satisfactory. Overall, 3 percent more people visited the fair than in September 2024. Buyers came from 130 countries, with a stronger presence from Spain, France, and Germany. More visitors from the USA also came – up 2 percent, and there was a significant increase from the United Arab Emirates, where Vicenzaoro recorded an overall increase of 21 percent. Visitor numbers from Australia doubled, and Asian countries such as China, Hong Kong, and Japan were also more strongly represented. The same applies to Brazil. The fair also welcomed visitors from countries that had not yet made the leap to Italy: these include Bolivia, Madagascar, Mozambique, and the Dominican Republic.

Trade program brings visitors to Italy

For the Italian Exhibition Group, the fall dates were certainly a success. With 1,200 exhibitors from 30 countries, Vicenzaoro cements its status as a key anchor point in the supply chain with an international focus. The trade fair also does much to promote and maintain this status. Vicenzaoro has its own program with the Italian Trade Agency to bring international buyers to Italy. Through this program, a total of 605 buyers from 63 countries were invited to the fair – led by the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and France.

First edition of the Vicenza Symposium

This year's September fair also saw another premiere: the newly launched Vicenza Symposium was held for the first time this year in the Basilica Palladiana in the heart of Vicenza. The meeting is scheduled to take place every two years and brings together the international scientific community from 15 countries. The symposium focuses on metalworking technologies, with a particular emphasis on innovation in the jewelry and fashion accessories sector.

With this and many other networking opportunities, Vicenzaoro also underlines its status as an industry meeting place and global platform where the future of the industry is actively shaped.
