Haute Jewels Geneva 2026 – Growth Through Proximity

The seventh edition of Haute Jewels Geneva serves as a striking testament to the growing importance of the event within the international jewelry industry.

Despite a market environment marked by uncertainty, the event saw a 20 percent increase in attendance compared to the previous year—a clear indication of the appeal of a carefully curated, personal approach.

Even in the context of concurrent events such as Watches and Wonders Geneva and Time to Watches, visitor numbers showed an overall positive trend, underscoring the momentum of Geneva Watch Week as a whole.
At the InterContinental Geneva, 44 jewelry houses from 13 countries presented their latest collections. The event’s international reach grew noticeably: demand from Latin America was particularly strong, complemented by further growth from Europe and North America.

A curated format instead of a traditional trade show

Since its founding in 2019 by Michael Hakimian, Haute Jewels Geneva has evolved from a small showcase featuring four brands into a staple event on the calendar of the high jewelry world and “Geneva Watch Week,” led by Watches and Wonders Geneva. The fundamental approach has remained unchanged: an intimate, salon-like setting that focuses on direct interaction between brands, retailers, and the media. This positioning prioritizes the quality of the encounters and the depth of the presentations.

During our visits to exhibitors in Geneva, we also heard positive feedback about the event’s results—an impression that is confirmed across the various formats as well.

Spaces for Gathering

In 2026, the exhibition was spread across five areas within the hotel—The Palace, The Grand Villas, The Penthouses, The Grand Arena, and The Grand Ballroom. Each of these spaces was designed to preserve the distinctive salon atmosphere and allow the collections to be presented in a fitting context.

The concept was complemented by a dedicated restaurant in the Palace area, which was open all day and was specifically designed to provide a space for informal conversations. In the evenings, cocktail receptions offered a relaxed setting for networking among exhibitors, buyers, and the international press.

Platform for Relationships

Haute Jewels Geneva has long since ceased to see itself merely as a showcase; it is now a platform for building relationships. Here, brands meet retailers, tradition meets innovation, and, above all, people who are shaping the future of high jewelry come together.

This increase in visitor numbers underscores a key insight: in an increasingly fragmented market, the personal touch is becoming more important—especially in the luxury segment, where trust, interaction, and a sense of connection remain crucial.

The next edition of Haute Jewels Geneva is already in the works and will take place once again at the InterContinental Geneva in the spring of 2027.
