Time for some excitement: Hamilton on Spielberg’s “Disclosure Day”
Hamilton is back on the big screen. Starting June 11, the watches will be featured in Steven Spielberg’s new science-fiction thriller, “Disclosure Day – The Day of Truth.”
With “Disclosure Day – The Day of Truth,” Steven Spielberg’s new science-fiction thriller from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, Hamilton continues its tradition as the watchmaker to filmmakers. In a story marked by discoveries, responsibility, and consequences, two Hamilton watches grace the wrists of the main characters.
Directed by Steven Spielberg, who also wrote the story, the film tells the story of a frantic race for survival between those who believe that seven billion people have a right to the truth and powerful forces willing to do anything to hide that truth.

In the film, Dr. Daniel Kellner, played by Golden Globe winner Josh O’Connor, wears the “Khaki Field Mechanical” with a manual-winding movement and a functional design in a 38-millimeter case (MSRP: €695). In contrast, the character Noah Scanlon, played by Colin Firth, wears the “Jazzmaster Open Heart” with a 40-millimeter diameter and a visible automatic movement (MSRP: €1,145).

Rather than remaining mere accessories, both timepieces become an integral part of the characters on screen. In “Disclosure Day – The Day of Truth,” time is a driving force. It influences decisions, heightens the tension, and ultimately determines the outcome of the story.
