Sowind Group Once Again Named a “Best Managed Company”
The international consulting firm Deloitte has recognized the Sowind Group, with its watch brands Ulysse Nardin and Girard-Perregaux, as one of Switzerland’s “Best Managed Companies” for the third consecutive year.
In 2024, the Sowind Group was the first company in the Swiss luxury industry to receive this Deloitte award, and it went on to win the title again in 2025 and 2026.
“It is a special honor for me to receive this award for the third consecutive year. It recognizes the strength of a business model based on agility, adaptability, and long-term thinking,” says Patrick Pruniaux, co-founder, chairman, and CEO of the Sowind Group.

The award is preceded by an intensive, multi-stage evaluation process that all participating companies must undergo. The focus is on assessing performance in four key areas: strategy, productivity and innovation; culture and commitment; and governance and finance.
