Seiko Expands Its Digital Brand Presence in Specialty Retail – Poland Joins the Ranks
Anyone who visits the websites of various jewelers to learn about a watch brand often encounters a very mixed picture. While some retailers showcase the latest products and promotions, others still display outdated content or fail to feature the brand on their sites at all. The reason: In many cases, retailers have to manually integrate the provided marketing materials into their websites themselves—but in the hustle and bustle of day-to-day business, there’s often little time left for that.

Seiko has been taking a different approach here since 2025. Instead of simply providing content, new product releases and campaigns are managed centrally and automatically displayed on the websites of participating retailers. Following its rollout in Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark, this concept will be expanded to Poland in the future.
About 50 jewelers in Europe are already using the solution—and the number continues to grow. The content is updated on an as-needed basis and is tailored to new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and current marketing initiatives.

The benefit for retailers is clear: brand visibility remains consistently up-to-date without the need to manually update content on a regular basis. The feedback has been correspondingly positive. Many participating retailers particularly appreciate the time savings and the straightforward integration. At the same time, there are increasingly frequent inquiries about whether other brands offer comparable solutions.
This approach also offers benefits for the brand itself. New campaigns and products can be published simultaneously on all affiliated retailer websites. This creates a consistent brand image across different locations and markets without having to update each website individually.
With its expansion into Poland, Seiko is consistently continuing to build on this concept. At the same time, this development shows that centralized digital brand management via retailer websites in the specialty watch retail sector is becoming increasingly important.
The project is being implemented internationally using FAVOR Holding’s “BrandSync“ platform.
