Watch News Briefing: Bell & Ross, Pequignet, EBEL, and Alexander Shorokhoff
Four brands, four different approaches: Bell & Ross reinterprets the radar display in ceramic, Pequignet opts for onyx, EBEL marks its 115th anniversary with a new Sport Classic chronograph, and Alexander Shorokhoff works with color and unusual geometry.
Bell & Ross BR-03 Green Radar Ceramic

Bell & Ross is introducing the radar display—a design element it has revisited repeatedly since 2010—into the 41-millimeter BR-03 case for the first time. The green display is modeled after air traffic control and cockpit screens and offers a more condensed layout compared to earlier radar models.

The BR-03 Green Radar Ceramic is limited to 999 pieces and costs 4,900 euros.
Pequignet Attitude Onyx

Pequignet combines a natural black onyx dial with a 39-millimeter stainless steel case that is 9.20 millimeters thick. Inside, the watch is powered by the Initial automatic in-house caliber, which offers a 65-hour power reserve. The watch, which is water-resistant to five bar, costs 3,500 euros.
EBEL Sport Classic Chronograph for the 115th Anniversary

To mark its 115th anniversary, EBEL is expanding its Sport Classic line with an automatic chronograph. Stainless steel and 3N yellow gold accents complement a deep blue dial featuring three sub-dials and a date display. Inside, the watch is powered by an automatic chronograph movement from Dubois Dépraz. In addition to the two-tone version, EBEL has announced stainless steel models with white or navy blue dials.
With its integrated wave-patterned band, this model echoes the design language that has defined EBEL since the early 1980s. In addition, the brand presents Sport Classic Gemstones models in 24, 29, and 33 millimeters, in which multicolored gemstones frame a mother-of-pearl dial.
Alexander Shorokhoff: Karandash 2 and Kandy Classic

Limited to 50 pieces, the Karandash 2 continues the color-accented design with a black case, bold contrasts, and a yellow strap. The sapphire crystal case back reveals the finished 3105.AS hand-wound movement.

The Kandy Classic features a 41-by-41-millimeter square case paired with a machined and enameled silver-colored dial. Details in 18-karat rose gold and colored glass inserts complement the automatic movement with a hand-engraved rotor.
