Inhorgenta watch trends 2026: Modern classics – white and two-tone

White? Sounds boring? It's not! Two-tone? A dowdy everyday look? Not anymore! Both were on display in modern versions at Inhorgenta in the watch hall A1.

White – innocence on the wrist

Among all the vibrant dials shimmering in every imaginable shade of blue, the innocent white versions stood out with their lightness. It's no wonder that the most classic of all dial colors, "11-4201 Cloud Dancer," was chosen as the Pantone Color of the Year 2026. And it's one of the watch trends of 2026.

„The noise around us has become so overwhelming that it’s increasingly difficult to hear the voice of our inner selves,“ says Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute. „Cloud Dancer feels like a declaration of simplicity.“ Laurie Pressman, Vice President of the Pantone Color Institute, adds that the tone evokes „a lightness that unleashes the imagination.“

This lightness has clearly also inspired the imagination of watch designers. At Inhorgenta, we discovered numerous examples – from brilliant pure white to soft off-white and shimmering silver hues.

Bicolor – modern two-tone design

A few decades ago, in the 1980s and 1990s, two-tone jewelry and watches were considered the epitome of staidness. Older men and women wore such accessories, which always matched everything – including their wedding ring.

After two-tone watches led a rather dusty and inconspicuous existence, a new generation of watch buyers has now grown up. And they don't know these old stories at all – instead, they find the retro look cool and hip.

For several years now, two-tone has been experiencing a genuine comeback – except among committed minimalists – as a trendy material mix, accompanied by an image shift from dusty to confidently nostalgic. At the same time, two-tone conveys status with understatement – the key phrase being: everyday luxury. Even sporty watches gain a casually elegant twist from this material mix.

This is exactly the look we were looking for at Inhorgenta – and we found it. The range extends from classic 50/50 two-tone designs to stainless steel models with carefully placed gold accents.
