Watches & Wonders 2026: A Time of Elegance
Fine timepieces are often adorned with precious stones—whether in the form of a vibrant mineral dial, sparkling hour markers, or a glamorous bezel.
Frederique Constant – Classics Manchette
It is well known that Frederique Constant has mastered the art of in-house manufacturing. Since its founding, the brand has developed 35 in-house mechanical calibers. At last year’s Watches & Wonders, the brand demonstrated with the “Classic Manchette” that it has also mastered the art of high fashion—without falling into the trap of fleeting trends. Instead, the line embraces squares: in the dial design as well as in the seven-row bracelet featuring a Clou de Paris motif.

Following models featuring malachite, onyx, and diamonds, Frederique Constant now presents a new version with an elegant turquoise dial. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, its natural beauty accentuated only by the minimalist hands and the brand’s logo.

The latter feature a gold-tone finish that complements the gold-plated stainless steel bracelet and case (25.7 x 20 mm). Precision is ensured by the FC-200 quartz movement. (MSRP: €1,995)
Gerald Charles – Mini Maestro
With this new creation, the Swiss brand is entering the world of women’s watches—and has appropriately adorned itself with sparkling diamonds. Inspired by the one-of-a-kind “GC58” from 2006, the “Mini Maestro”—water-resistant to five bar—is available in black, ice blue, and pink. The trio retains the signature “Maestro” silhouette, but in a compact 30-millimeter format crafted from titanium. It houses the GCQ1000 quartz movement.

The dial features a Clous de Paris mini-tapestry texture in the center, surrounded by twelve diamond hour markers. Their brilliance continues on the bezel, which is set with 54 diamonds. The Clous de Paris motif is echoed on the color-coordinated rubber straps. For the first time, the clasp itself is also shaped like the “Maestro” case.

A specially developed quick-change system allows the wearer to easily swap out the strap. With over ten colors available—in both rubber and leather—the “Mini Maestro” becomes an expression of mood, occasion, and personal style. (Price upon request)
Hublot – Big Bang One Click Joyful Purple
Violet has the highest frequency in the visible spectrum of light. In symbolism, the color represents intuition, awareness, strength, and control. Hublot incorporates it into the new “Big Bang One Click Joyful Purple” in the form of 36 hand-set amethysts on the bezel. These symbolize clarity and inner balance. Framed in this way, the dial of the three-hand watch with date window shines in innocent white.

Housed in a 33-millimeter stainless steel case that is water-resistant to 10 bar, the HUB1120 automatic movement with a 40-hour power reserve ensures precision.
The sparkling violet of the bezel is echoed in the rubber strap, which can be changed with a single click thanks to the patented One-Click strap-changing system. (MSRP: €15,200)
