Luminox presents new Field Watch

So-called field watches were originally used by the military and were characterised by their simple and functional design, their clear readability at all times and their robustness: their purpose was to be reliable companions in all situations.

And today, the "Atacama Field 1960" series from Luminox also follows this trend, focusing on the latest materials and technology and now available in a new colour variant.

The 43-millimetre case, which is water-resistant to ten bar, is made of Carbonox, a material that is six times lighter than steel and extremely resistant to extreme temperatures and shocks. It houses a Swiss quartz movement.

The high-contrast dial with its warm, grey sand surface reflects the barren landscapes of the South American desert that give the watch its name and through which the "Atacama Field 1960" is prepared to accompany its wearers without harm.

Thanks to its size, clear design and sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, it allows you to see the time at a glance. Both during the day and at night. This is because the Luminox Light Technology (LLT) on the indices and hands ensures constant illumination in all lighting conditions - for up to 25 years.

This new "Atacama Field 1960" is worn on a robust, sweat-resistant rubber strap with a textile surface. The scope of delivery also includes a green webbing strap. (RRP 445 €)
