Longines and the elegant variety of the „PrimaLuna“
Following this year's redesign of the "PrimaLuna" collection, Longines is expanding the line with new models that particularly highlight the diversity of the movements and dial designs.
The new „PrimaLuna“ generation from Longines is distinguished, among other things, by a new case design and the first-ever use of automatic and moon-phase movements. Visually, the new models underscore their elegance with artful cloisonné work on shimmering mother-of-pearl, as well as sunburst dials.
Shimmering cloisonné dials with moon phase
Highlights include the blue and green mother-of-pearl dial versions, embellished using the traditional cloisonné technique. This technique is employed in the 34-millimeter stainless steel models featuring the automatic caliber L899.5 with moon phase complication, which was launched earlier this year.

This technique involves using fine metal wires, particularly on the applied hour ring, to delineate individual dial sections and add depth to the design. Twelve diamond hour markers provide a touch of glamour.

Three-hand models with classic elegance
The „PrimaLuna“ collection now also offers new three-hand automatic models with a date display. They are powered by the L888.5 caliber with a silicon balance spring, antimagnetic components, and a 72-hour power reserve. Protection is provided by a 34 mm stainless steel case.

The watch is available with a silver dial as well as mother-of-pearl versions in white, blue, and green. The latter are further adorned with 14 diamond hour markers. For even more sparkle, there's a version with 58 diamonds on the bezel. This is combined with lacquered Roman numerals, the same as those found on the two-tone model.

Everyday elegance in a 30-millimeter format
Also new to the collection are 30-millimeter stainless steel models, which house the quartz caliber L257.2 in their stainless steel cases. They combine practical everyday wearability with the typical "PrimaLuna" design, including the integrated bracelet architecture.

Mint green, lavender, and white mother-of-pearl, combined with 15 diamond indices and a sunburst finish, create a striking look. The version with a silver-colored dial and lacquered Roman numerals has a more classic appearance.
