INSIGHT-Spotted: Binder Jewellery, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Swarovski, and Gucci

From the Paris runway to the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles: Watches and jewelry add a touch of flair to a wide variety of looks. BINDER accompanies Danny Reinke’s “SUMMER 85,” Jaeger-LeCoultre showcases several facets of the Reverso, Barbara Meier wears Swarovski, and Curry Barker complements his Gucci look with a necklace.

BINDER × Danny Reinke: Mother-of-Pearl for “SUMMER 85”

BINDER continued its collaboration with Danny Reinke for his debut at Paris Fashion Week. Following their joint appearance in Berlin, jewelry from the CLASSICS, PERCEPTION, SIGNATURE, and ENTITY collections took the runway in Paris. Reinke’s “SUMMER 85” collection draws inspiration from his roots on the Baltic Sea, memories of summer days, and the culture of naturism in the former GDR.

For the show, BINDER also developed a reversible pendant. It combines marine motifs with the signature BINDER flower. For the first time, the brand used mother-of-pearl for this piece, whose shimmer evokes the light reflections on the ocean’s surface. According to the brand, the material could also play a role in future designs in the spring of 2027.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Three Reverso Appearances at the Academy Museum Gala

At the Academy Museum Gala on October 17 in Los Angeles, Andrew Garfield wore the Reverso Tribute Duoface Tourbillon in rose gold. Its flying tourbillon is visible from both sides and combines the watch’s signature reversible design with an intricate mechanical complication.

Connor Storrie chose a Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds in white gold. In the “Or Deco” version, a finely grained silver-colored dial and the white gold Milanese bracelet define its look. Miguel Bernardeau opted for a Reverso Tribute Monoface in rose gold, also featuring the metal mesh bracelet characteristic of the Or Deco design.

Adam Brody: Reverso on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”

As early as October 14, Adam Brody appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” wearing a Reverso Tribute Duoface Small Seconds in rose gold. On the front, the warm-toned case is paired with a deep blue lacquered dial. The silver-colored reverse side displays a second time zone—a feature that takes full advantage of the Reverso’s reversible design.

Swarovski: Barbara Meier Wears the Vienna Collection

At the “Tribute to Bambi” charity event on October 15 in Berlin, Barbara Meier wore jewelry from Swarovski’s Vienna Collection. The line combines curved, feather-like contours with crystal embellishments. The accompanying press selection features a necklace, ring, bangle, and earrings.

Gucci: Curry Barker Wears a Necklace to the Academy Museum Gala

Curry Barker appeared at the Academy Museum Gala wearing a black single-breasted Gucci tuxedo, a white shirt, and a black bow tie. A necklace completed the look, which was paired with horsebit loafers.
