The WatchTime Award

arm with watch

The programme initiated in the previous year WatchTime Award deliberately sees itself as an alternative to purely jury-driven awards:

It combines the voice of the community with the professional judgement of experts.

This will reflect both the preferences of collectors and the expertise of the industry.

This year, the award honours watches and personalities in four categories:

  • Collectors Choice Award - The decision is made exclusively by the readers: which watch has captured the hearts of collectors this year?
  • Watch Person of the Year - The prize is awarded to a personality who has particularly characterised the 2025 watch theme. Voting is based on a mixed model: two thirds reader opinion, one third jury decision.
  • Innovation of the Year - A jury honours technical, material or manufacturing advances that drive the industry forward.
  • Design of the Year - The watch that stands out in terms of aesthetics, originality and quality of workmanship will be honoured. The evaluation is the responsibility of the expert jury.

Here you can vote for the categories Collectors Choice and the Watch Person of the Year as of now be delivered:
